Process servers have been the target of newspaper stories relating to sewer service and poor industry practices for several years now. When those stories began to appear in Florida and New York it is clear, it was some large companies and corporations directing the industry to improper service of process through schemes of low pay, quick turnaround, and a disrespect of Due Process and other direct control tactics over the independent process servers. Not all independents participated with them and IPPSOA is set to challenge the impropriety and show the industry we can provide the professional services directly and overcome the image placed before us.
