Volunteers from Memphis locations of Cargill Inc., will partner with CCWTN to help distribute food to the hungry of Memphis.
For this week’s distribution, twenty (20) families of students of Resurrection School (one of the Jubilee Schools of the Catholic Diocese of Memphis) in the Hickory Hill area of Memphis will be served provisions including meats, fresh produce and canned foods. Approximately 75% of the families served this week will be Hispanic and each family served falls at or below the Federal poverty level. The food provided at Friday’s distribution will assist a family for up to five days.
