Sept. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Every company wants to have competent and confident people in leadership positions.  However, when confidence turns into arrogance, it can have negative consequences in the workplace by making employees feel uncomfortable and undervalued.

InfoCision Chief of Staff Steve Brubaker joined The Regina Brett Show recently for a discussion on how to manage arrogance in the workplace.  Steve shared his expertise on creating a workplace that optimizes employee talent by making sure employees know that the organization and its leaders truly care about and value them.

Steve was joined for the discussion by Stanley Silverman, dean of Summit and University Colleges at The University of Akron; Jill Geisler, author of Work Happy: What Great Bosses Know; and Sue Peirce, principal at Apple Growth Partners.  The show’s host is Regina Brett, who is also a Cleveland Plain Dealer reporter.

The show first aired on Saturday, September 1 on WKSU.  To listen to full audio of the show, please visit http://www.wksu.org/regina/.
