-- A firm fixture in the Swansea events calendar, the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k attracts runners from all over the world making it a great spectacle for supporters. The event also includes a 100m Mascot Race and the 10k wheelchair race.
Frances Jenkins, Strategic Manager for Tourism, Marketing and Events for Swansea Council said, “With such a high interest in sport this summer, the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k is a natural conclusion to our sporting events programme. We’re hoping to see an array of runners, walkers and juniors participating in this iconic city event.”

Neil Evans – a trainer for Admiral in Swansea and entrant said, “Running the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k is the one race I actually look forward to! This year will be my 3rd year and each year I try and beat my previous year’s time.
“It’s a fantastic race day atmosphere whatever the weather, which goes to show how much work both Swansea and Admiral put into the event.”
