Hotel Feasibility Study - Glendive, Montana

Aug. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Northern Hospitality, LLC engaged Wert-Berater, Inc. to provide the feasibility study for their planned 63 room three story hotel project to be located at North Merrill Avenue in Glendive, Montana.

Wert-Berater, Inc. successfully provided more than 150 page study for USDA and SBA review.  The study covered all aspects of hotel development and the risks associated with lending on a new hotel.  The study incorporated:  Economic Feasibility, Market Feasibility, Cost Feasibility, Financial and Management Feasibility.

The study will be submitted to potential lenders and USDA or SBA backing will be sought by the company.

Glendive Montana is a small town located about 200 miles west of the Oil Boom Epic Center.  However, the analysts at Wert-Berater, Inc. were careful to project hotel demand on consistent economic features of the area so that the developer would not make the mistake of developers before them counting on a boom and potential bust cycle.

The economic boom is only a year old in hotel economic demand time.  Not enough to solely base demand of a new hotel on.  The area is rich in meeting, group and leisure markets however.
