Aug. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- (Martinsville, VA)An affidavit was signed yesterday in a private residence in Martinsville, VA, witnessed by three people when signed, supporting US Presidential Candidate Virgil Goode's claim that the petitions he submitted were not fraudulent to his knowledge.

The affidavit submitted by the U.S.W.G.O founder and head reporter Brian D. Hill, even published on the U.S.W.G.O Alternative News website in the Public Records Archives section of the site where private governmental and political records are published for public viewing. They are publishing records to keep their political operations transparent unlike most lobbyist and private political firms. The affidavit has been formally accepted by both the Virginia Attorney General's office and the State Board of Elections which is leading the criminal investigation against Virgil Goode, a Presidential candidate that belongs to the Constitution Party and was the primary nominee.

Brian D. Hill was and still is not a Virginia resident but attended a Virginia event in Patrick County with family members that were Virginia residents that can also back what Mr. Hill said with affidavits. He still lives in Mayodan North Carolina and was busy weeks ago exposing the corruption of the NC State Senator Philip Edward Berger or Phil Berger for short. Another witness account, however not on affidavit as there is no legal reason to as of yet, that the Mayodan town Chief Police threatened and intimidated Mr. Hill until he promised never to go up to the state senator in the council chambers again at the town council for the mere crime of asking him a question while the people were leaving the council chambers. After he even complained about what the chief of police put him through, his mother was harassed by a police SUV a day after the posting when walking down to the Dollar General store near the downtown area. Mr. Hill is ready to file an affidavit of what he went through in the event that the town of Mayodan or police ever decide to file a civil complaint to try to get a court order to gag and censor the public testimony and story on USWGO.com. He almost broke down in tears and then after he walked away from the municipal building, yelled a bit in frustration that the town would treat him like garbage for asking a state senator just one question. No lawyer has been contacted yet in regard to whether any civil rights were violated at the town council meeting on July 9th in the town of Mayodan.

The affidavit details the witness testimony by Mr. Hill to which was the conduct of Virgil Goode while he was gathering petition signatures while he was there. It does not cover the other petition circulators' that were gathering signatures for Mr. Goode at different Virginia state Congressional districts as what is required by state law. The affidavit only clears the name of Goode from the list of suspects to be charged with criminal petition fraud with the State Board of Elections. Goode and his campaign office were never contacted regarding the criminal investigation against them which shows total incompetence by state officials.

The same day as the witness testimony in the affidavit which was May 26th of 2012, Goode was interviewed on a wide variety of subjects including the Bilderberg Group, the TSA groping during their enhanced patdown procedures at airports, the NDAA 2012 federal law, and his views on World Government run by a tiny bureaucratic elite based on Aldous Huxley's Brave New World and 1984.

The reason for the Affidavit was to clear his name from the criminal investigation and that if there is any evidence of petition fraud, that only the perpetrator get in trouble since Goode was not aware of any fraud. Mr. Hill believes that out of Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, Virgil H. Goode would be the best choice as President of the United States as he would never call the Constitution a g-- d--- piece of paper and would never wage wars without Congressional approval.
