Attendees were given the opportunity to connect with other Microsoft partners to share best practices, trade ideas and leverage opportunities as well as participate in networking opportunities. They were also able to meet Microsoft leaders to learn about the latest innovations. Russell Sarder joined a panel of learning industry experts speaking at the 2012 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference. Sarder discussed what made NetCom Learning successful and how other Microsoft partners in attendance could replicate that success. For instance, Sarder shared how NetCom Learning experienced 88 percent growth in its Microsoft revenue last year, in part because of efforts to focus on Microsoft training.
