July 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Despite tough times, Rumwell Hall Business Community has successfully let 8 out of 9 of its business units leaving one beautifully refurbished office left.

Rumwell Hall, a Grade 11 listed Georgian building was very tired and run down when it was bought by a local business consortium who sensitively restored it to its former glory.

“People have been drawn to the beautiful setting and shared resources that Rumwell Hall offers. There are now 8 companies on site, of all sizes,” said Rory O’Donnell, Partner at BJ Dixon Walsh, one of the resident businesses.

The centre is also attracting a lot of interest from training companies and businesses using the venue for its ease of parking and closeness to the main trunk roads and motorway. Most recently the Hall helped out the local Federation of Small Businesses when their booked venue flooded during the recent storms.

“We rang them up with 3 hours to go before the event was due to take place, with 20 members expecting a meal and meeting room and they pulled it out of the bag for us. Not only that but the meal was excellent and the Hall itself extremely comfortable. We are planning on using them again,” said local business man, John Holden the FSB.
