Carolyn Tate Joins Balance Interactive Team
Carolyn Tate has joined the Balance Interactive team as a project manager. She will work with her teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
With more than seven years of experience in the issue advocacy, international, and web development fields, Tate brings enthusiasm and strategic management skills to the Balance Interactive team. She understands and translates complicated digital solutions, providing clients with the critical tools necessary to succeed online.
Before joining Balance, Tate managed projects at the International Republican Institute, a non-partisan, non-profit dedicated to advancing the goals of democracy worldwide. Prior to that, she led a political operative’s life, working a hotly contested gubernatorial race in her home state of Ohio in the 2006 election cycle.
Tate holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Scandinavian Studies from The Ohio State University. When not at Balance, she volunteers at the Women and Politics Institute at American University, and in her free time, she enjoys cooking, Sunday crossword puzzles, reading, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
