Spate Media launches A&R Lounge to help independent music artists get discovered

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Spate Media is launching a new section on the spatemag.com website that will be very important in helping artists get signed to major labels. "I created the website a few years ago and one of my main goals was to help artists get signed to majors" says co founder of Spate Media Antoine King. The A&R Lounge will be a section the the website where record executives can go to see artists that are actually buzzing online and in the clubs. These artists will be selected with strict criteria and affiliation. The posts will be sent directly to Spate Media's vast music industry contact list. SPATE Magazine was founded by Antoine King and Rondell aka "MaddMann" Maddox in 2006. It was launched in 2007. After a brief print run, they decided to launch on the web and the rest is history. Within only 2-3 months they were working side by side with hip hop's elite and helping to market major projects.
