JH&Co Ltd sells stake in Country Insights to RGE

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- The directors of John Howell & Co Ltd (JH&Co Ltd) announce the sale to Roubini Global Economics  (RGE) of their interest in Country Insights, the country risk analysis venture they established in 2009 and subsequently spun out.

Dr Nick Dove, who managed the transaction from the JH&Co Ltd side, commented: ‘We are pleased, but not surprised, that the promise of Country Insights has been recognised so soon  and are grateful to RGE and the Country Insights team for such a smooth transaction. We will continue to work closely with old and new friends at RGE and to develop further analytical models in other areas of risk and regulation in finance and economics.’
