Local artist to display work at Salus Chiropractic Studio in Thorndale, PA

July 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Local artist, Nancy Doane, will display her work at Salus Chiropractic Studio in Thorndale, PA.  The opening reception is scheduled for Thursday July 12, from 6 to 7:30PM.  

Nancy Doane is an inspirational local color pencil and watercolor artist, specializing in botanical illustration. She is a member of The Colored Pencil Society of America and The Philadelphia Society of Botanical Illustrators. Nancy's work has been accepted into several juried art shows including the International Philadelphia Flower Show for many years. Her work is also displayed in local business offices. She has taught a botanical illustration class at the Fleisher Art Memorial and has experience teaching art classes in a variety of venues including her home studio.  In addition, Nancy is also a custom framer.  For more information about Nancy, visit http://www.nancydoane.com/index.html.

Dr. Matthew Lapp is the owner of Salus Chiropractic Studio and hopes that by hosting local artists in his office, members of the community will enjoy it, ask questions, and experience something new.  The reception is open to the public and is free of charge.
