Oxygen Transmission Rate Testing

Labthink has two Oxygen transmission Rate testing system based on Equal Pressure Method (Coulometric Method) - OX2/230 Oxygen Transmission Rate Tester and OX2/231 Oxygen Permeability Teter. OX2/230 Oxygen Transmissioin Rate Tester has Labthink latest exclusive patent design, which allows three same or different materials to be tested in one instrument at the same time with wide test range 0.01~65,000cm3/m2·d.

There are also a series of testing system based Differential Preesure Method to test Oxygen transmission rate - VAC Gas permeability tester. They all conform to various international standards, such as ASTM D1434, ISO 2556 and ISO 15105. And Different modles with Temperature Control and Humidity Control can meet the various requirements of customers.

Water Vapor Permeation Testing

Basically, there are many methods to test the water vapor permeability - Weighting Method (Cup Method), electrolytic sensor method, infrared sensor method and humidity detection method. Labthink Water Vapor Transmission Rate Testing Systems have wide test range at 0.1~10,000 g/m2·24h and high accuracy 0.01 g/m2·24h. the instruments are embeded with temperature and humidity control, which can meet different testing requirement of customers.

Packages Integrity

Most flexible packges are sealed, therefore, packages integrity should be considered after sealling. Labthink has two equipment to detect the package leak and seal strength. MFY-01 Leak Tester is designed to conform to ASTM D3078. It can get a vacumm degree 0~-90kPa with Accuracy 1% of reading value. this instrument is controlled by computer and the vacumm degree can be preset and the whole testing is total automatic.

Labthink LSSD-01 Leak and Seal Strength Detector is not only can be used to test the leak of packages, but also do the seal strength testing for the determination of heat sealing quality. It can be conducted Bursting test and Creep Test for flexible packages, too.

Impact Resistance Testing

Impact Resistance properties of flexible packages is very importance in the delivery. a good package should have a good performance in impact resistance. How to determinate the impact resistance strength of packaging? Labthink will help you! We have two methods to simulate the impact conditions - one is falling dart impact and another is pendulum impact.
