Introducing PlexiCrete Polymer Concrete - Fully Cured in One Hour and 3 X as strong as concrete

June 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Plexicoat America, LLC introduces the single kit version of the PlexiDeck MMA Polymer Concrete. PlexiCrete Polymer Concrete Kit consists two components: 31 lbs of powder and 1/2 gallon of liquid in a 3 1/2 gallon container.  Mix the liquid resin into the powder and blend until all powder is absorbed into resin for 30 to 60 seconds.  Apply it, smooth it or shape it.  After one hour the polymer concrete is fully cured and ready for service.

Uses for PlexiCrete Polymer Concrete Kit  include filling and leveling of damaged concrete.  Pouring curbs, sloping floors and restoring concrete.  Can be applied at low temperatures and is well suited for quick repairs on interior and exterior concrete.

PlexiDeck MMA PlexiCrete Polymer Concrete Kit  is comprised of a 100% reactive methacrylate liquid component and a specially blended filler component with hardener. Mortar can be extended up to 100% with select aggregates for deeper repairs. Concrete substrates must be properly prepared and primed with PlexiDeck MMA Primer prior to the application of PlexiDeck MMA PC Polymer Concrete. A cure time of 60 minutes is typical at temperatures ranging from 14°F to 104° F.  A flexible version is available, PlexiDeck MMA FX Polymer Concrete.
