iGlobalWellness signs up to support Change4Life

May 24, 2012 - PRLog -- LONDON, UK – Health & wellness services provider iGlobalWellness, chaired by former Olympian David Moorcroft, has signed up to support the Department of Health's Change4Life campaign.

By signing up to support Change4Life, iGlobalWellness continues to demonstrate their commitment to encouraging people to make a positive change to their lifestyle and become more active.

Change4Life is a nationwide campaign to help both adults and children eat well, move more and live longer.  The aim of the campaign is to kickstart a lifestyle revolution in order to halt the rising tide of obesity. Under the banner Change4Life, the Government is galvanising support from everyone in the country from grass roots organisations to leading supermarkets and charities. The campaign helps people to understand how to lead a healthier lifestyle.

iGlobalWellness is proud to support such an outstanding initiative that continues to go from strength to strength.   The relationship ties into existing iGlobalWellness' services which promote physical activity through an advanced activity monitoring system.  Through the Stay Active Challenge, iGlobalWellness' corporate health and wellness programme, employees take part in a comprehensive team challenge, encouraging them to adopt a more active lifestyle.  Participants compete in teams of five to become the most active, racing to the top of the Stay Active Challenge online leader board with the help of an exclusive iGlobalWellness activity monitor, online personal coach and dedicated nutritionist.  

iGlobalWellness also offers personalised programmes to support individuals along their journey to improved health and wellness, including the Personal Wellness Programme.
