Hollywood Publicist Charlie Barrett at 2012 Festival Du Cannes aka Cannes Film Festival

May 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Hollywood, CA  - -  Charlie Barrett, Hollywood publicist with credits stretching from movies like "Dr Doolittle", "Unspeakable" with Dennis Hopper, "Smoke Signals" and the doc "Ever Again" narrated by Kevin Costner, among others as well  as Johnny Carson's publicist on NBC's Tonight Show, not to mention celebrity biography books on actors Glenn Ford and others, is at the 65 Festival Du Cannes, aka The Cannes FIlm Festival, Cannes, France.

Among the projects Mr Barrett is associated with at Cannes is an independent  theatrical drama film from UK filmmaker  Alex Bellamy  titled "Whisper"  which is set in the swinging London of the 1960s. Financing  and distribution is being sought  at Cannes for this motion picture and a yet untitled one being called the "Peyton" project, a suspense drama from a script by French writer Yves Clouzet.
