Clearwater Communications, Incorporated- Leadership Conference!

May 14, 2012 - PRLog -- The management team of Clearwater Communications, Incorporated held a leadership conference at the Portofino Towers in Miami, Florida on Saturday, May 5, 2012.

Several topics were covered during the conference including; training, coaching and development as well as goal setting.

The management team leading the conference has a combined level of experience of twenty plus years.

Clearwater Communications, Incorporated is an outsourced marketing firm based out of Miami, Florida. Founded in 2008 Clearwater has expanded into six states nationwide and is continuing to cross-train all of our current employees in a management training program to open additional markets in 2012.

Employees at Clearwater are trained in multiple areas to help progress them into a management position including; account management, human resources, marketing and employee retention.

The leadership conference allowed each employee to examine each category and determine where they needed assistance in order to advance further.
