How often do you come home from work and say, “I hate my job”?

How often do you get the feeling, “I’m not respected enough by my boss”?

Rather than venting to your flatmate or partner, now there’s a website where you can put all that energy to good use – www.WorkplaceFit.com.au

WorkplaceFit is a brand new Australian employer review website, providing past and present employees the opportunity to voice anonymous opinions and ratings, based on real life experiences.

The site provides an in-depth look at Australian companies and workplace culture through anonymous employee reviews. It’s useful not only for disgruntled employees, but also for those who love their job and want to share their experiences.

WorkplaceFit allows employees to rate the company on their benefits and culture. It gives employees the chance to talk about their job security, their thoughts on their management and other important issues such as start and finish time and length of lunch breaks.

“Prior to WorkplaceFit, employees had no way to preview a workplace and its culture, except from discussions directly with employers and recruiters, whom naturally have biased views” said Keryn Donald,
co-founder, WorkplaceFit.

Ultimately, the site is intended to be a source for future employees to find out about the current culture and employee benefits at a workplace they may be looking to move to.

Of course, for employers, WorkplaceFit provides a chance to really understand how happy their employees are in their company. The website gives a unique vantage point into what people really want.

WorkplaceFit also helps employers promote their brand, and identifies what they do well, and what they can do better, through open, constructive feedback.

“People need to know they can talk about their workplace without fear of reprisal, and WorkplaceFit provides this by keeping things anonymous”, said Keryn.

So dig in the boot, or sing their praise - leverage the power of the anonymous WorkplaceFit community.
