Convergence Training Develops New Workforce Essentials Training Library for HR Managers
Convergence Training develops a new Workforce Essentials training library to include sexual harassment, substance abuse, and workplace violence courses for diverse corporate training markets.
While Convergence Training continues to expand its core Environmental Health and Safety and Industrial Essentials product lines, the Workforce Essentials library is currently under development in response to increasing demand for access to modern, higher quality training tools for human resource professionals.
Randy Kohltfarber, Convergence Training’s General Manager, explains the strategic move to develop the new line – “Our clients understand that Convergence is about much more than just safety and operations. We’re about quality and engaging content. And while we’ve held off on developing training in the softer skills area until now, we bring a unique visual perspective to this market. And if there’s anything the corporate training market needs, it’s new material.”
Operations Manager, Kenny Della Valle adds, “We’ve spent years developing our animation and training techniques to the point where we’re now ready to tackle the sophisticated subtleties of human interactions with our advanced visuals and approach to very complex training concepts.”
While Convergence Training continues to build a reputation as the leader in high-quality, 3D animated training, Mr. Kohltfarber continues, “This is just a glimpse into some of the areas we’re headed with the team and tools we’ve put in place. With a focus on redefining the expectations of the training market, everything is fair game.”
Convergence is a producer of an expanding range of retail and custom training videos, computer-based training, learning management software, and regulatory compliance tools for general industry, construction, mining, pulp and paper, and a range of other industries.
