South Carolina's Marketplace Staffing Adds Mullins as Branch Manager

May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Upstate, SC -- Upstate human resources and talent management professional Tami Mullins has joined Marketplace Staffing, one of the Upstate’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solutions firms, as branch manager of the firm’s Fountain Inn office.

A native of St. Joseph, Michigan, Ms. Mullins most recently served as operations manager and recruiting professional with a large national staffing organization, and “offers highly relevant experience, a great work ethic, excellent communications skills and deep understanding of how to help Marketplace Staffing customers grow their organizations by identifying top talent to advance their business,” noted Ray Lattimore, president and CEO of Marketplace Staffing.  

During her prior staffing and branch management tenure with major staffing firms, Ms. Mullins directed candidate recruiting, screening and hiring, training and onboarding of new associates, financial analysis, business development and client service responsibilities.  Ms. Mullins has also held corporate positions in human resources, accounting and purchasing with such organizations as BI-LO, Hitachi Electronics and LECO Corporation.

She has been involved with numerous business and civic organizations including the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, AID Upstate, and ASPCA.
