Follow on Google News | New Art Licensing Group of New Hampshire FormsThe first meeting of the new Art Licensing Group of New Hampshire will be held on Saturday, June 2 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the Kingston Community Library, 2 Library Lane, Kingston, NH (across from the Carriage Towne Plaza).
The new group will offer support, education and networking opportunities to artists, illustrators, graphic designers, fabric & surface designers and photographers who license their art or are in the process of entering the art licensing field. “My goal in starting this group is to share my enthusiasm for the art licensing industry with likeminded artists and to provide a network that will nurture and support other artists in pursuing their creative dreams,” said Natalie Timmons, artist and group founder. During each meeting attendees will have the opportunity to speak and share their artwork, set individual goals to accomplish by the next meeting and learn more about a variety of art licensing topics including copyright, contracts, marketing, design techniques and more. “If you are new to or just curious about art licensing, this will be a great place to learn more,” said Timmons. “If you have been licensing your art for years, please consider attending the meeting to network and share your experience.” Each attendee should plan to bring samples of their art to share with the group and a “burning question” related to art licensing. Light refreshments will be provided. There is no fee to attend but advanced reservations are required. To reserve a seat please email Natalie@NatalieTimmons.com or call 603-642-4949.
