April 27, 2012 - PRLog -- We have all heard of timeshares and are aware of the dreary inconveniences. I’m sure a lot of you have sat through a high pressure sales pitch and felt like less than human towards the end.

So what exactly is fractional ownership? Fractional Ownership is essentially partial ownership of a property or asset. How does that differ from Time Shares? Well, mainly the number of split owners. the average fractional ownership property has 3-4 owners… Yes, that leaves a much larger window of vacation time…  Imagine having a property for three or four months a year as opposed to two weeks… big difference. And because of fewer owners, time allotments are much more negotiable and flexible.

Where can you find a Fractional Property? Almost everywhere real estate is sold. There are exceptionally big markets in Europe, Canada and South America. There are Real Estate Agents that deal solely with fractional properties…
