Douglas Allen Richmond releases ".....by Fire"

Douglas Allen Richmond is a devout Christian and has been writing Christian music since 2008.  He also is the director of worship at his church.  During this time he had worked on his first project titled “…..by Fire”.  

The lead single is titled “Blood Reigns Down”.  This song is referencing Jesus’ blood that flowed from his body while nailed to the cross.  “His blood rained down upon the hilltop and into our lives freeing us from bondage of our sins”, states Douglas.   The song’s somber beginning portrays the sadness of the storyline of that biblical day. The story is told through the soul of our artist.  The song is arranged for acoustic guitar and vocals that take you through a time of one of the oldest stories ever told.  It is also the oldest single on the CD and is the catalyst that encompasses the storyline of all the songs on this CD.  Its simple arrangement only magnifies the overall impact that it leaves with audiences.  It holds your complete attention, as it should due to the fact that it is told with dignity and grace.
As a devout Christian, Douglas is able to take standard preaching’s of the bible and transform the passages into a beautiful earthly sounds of music.  His music will bring you inspiration, hope and knowledge.
