Hazleton Cleaning Company Participates in Great PA Cleanup

April 22, 2012 - PRLog -- According to the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce more than 1,700 volunteers participated in the "Great PA Cleanup" on April 21.   Many individuals and local companies showed their community spirit by coming out in force to rid the area of trash, junk and garbage.

Kim Martin, owner of Services Etcetera Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning said “I can’t believe that people can just throw their trash out like that”.   The company is responsible for litter and debris collection along North Biesels Road in Drums and encourages employee participation.  You can request a complete list of employee volunteers by visiting the companies website at http://www.procleaner.biz.

The Great American Cleanup of PA is sponsored by Keep America Beautiful.   Started in 2004 over 1.2 million volunteers have picked up 61 million pounds of litter and waste, 106,000 miles of road have been cleaned and 76,000 trees, bulbs, and flowers have been planted.
