Global Event Management is proud to be opening the doors of the UAE’s first Good Health Gulf Show
DIMC - 5th, 6th and 7th April. The only consumer health, wellness and fitness event in this region, the show promises to be 3 action packed days.

Core Direction with host the CoreFit games, (CrossFit Games), and the show will also feature sampling by Kellogs, Unifrutti and Delmonte.
The show will also feature talks and seminars from experts in numerous fields from diet & nutrition to spinal care as well as produce taste tests.
Good Health Gulf Show in association with Core Direction will be running a 3 hour Zumba Fitness Marathon. Friday the 6th of April from 1:00pm to 4:00pm will see the regions first Zumba event of its kind. With prizes up for grabs, lots of entertainment on the stages, hundreds of participants and 10 of the regions top Zumba Instructors, this event will be a party to remember. Everyone is invited, free entry for all. The best part.... You’ll be losing weight, getting toned, feeling fitter and healthier all while having fun. Zumba... Ditch the workout, join the party!
In line with the recent fitness boom of CrossFit as well as the finish of the 5 week CrossFit Open (Search for the fittest on earth), Core Direction will be holding the COREFIT GAMES at this years Good Health Gulf Show. This fitness event promises to be a battle of the top athletes going head to head in some extremely challenging workouts. The event will comprise of 4 different events making use of cardio exercises, bodyweight and gymnastics exercises as well as strength based power and Olympic lifts. Exercises such as 200kg tyre flips, 15 feet rope climbs, Olympic Snatches & Olympic ring exercises are some of the challenges in store for our local athletes. The incentive to enter is both the title of COREFIT GAMES Champion 2012 and a trip for 2 to Thailand. If you enjoy to watch sport at home more than actually doing it, this is the fitness event to watch. The sport of fitness is here to stay, be a part of it!
Core Direction will be launching their Body and Soul campaign at Good Health Gulf Show too. The search for the face of Core Fit, Core Direction’s fitness studios. We are looking for someone who lives authentically, has an attitude of caring and sharing , puts themselves outside their comfort zone, demonstrates good self expression with a sense of humour. Someone who is a ‘do-er’ instead of a ‘talker’ and someone who sees the small steps eventually becoming something bigger.
