Mack Payne is a native born Floridian who has owned and operated small businesses in Florida for over twenty five years after a twelve year period of US Army service as an officer in the field artillery.

The time in the Army afforded Mack an opportunity to learn more about himself and the world after obtaining a business degree from the University of Florida.

Mack served two years in Viet Nam, one as a cobra gunship pilot.  Along the way, he earned a masters degree in management, and graduated from the US Army Command and General Staff College.
