Chef Johnny DeVivo melds the best of regional Tuscan cooking with the simplicity of farm-fresh California cuisine. TusCA takes its inspiration from the hearty cuisine of Tuscany. TusCA presents authentic and sophisticated regional Italian dishes created from the wealth of locally and seasonally sourced California produce, meats and fish.
