Reynolds Cycling Announces New Aggressive U.S. “Ride2Decide” Wheel Demo Program

March 7, 2012 - PRLog -- West Jordan, UT – Reynolds Cycling, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of high performance bicycle wheels, launches the second phase of its US dealer-direct partnership with an aggressive Ride2Decide demo rebate program. The new program launches March 9, 2012 exclusively in the U.S. Market.

Reynolds’ new Ride2Decide program encourages consumers to demo a pair of Reynolds Cycling Carbon Wheels on their bike, their time and their ride. When they decide to purchase a pair, they will receive a $350 rebate from Reynolds.

The rebate consists of a $100 cash back offer along with a $250 crash replacement warranty (The Reynolds Assurance Program, RAP). RAP, which is available as an after-market purchase, is a no-questions-asked two-year crash replacement program giving the rider absolute protection in case of an accident. For the dealer, RAP relieves the burden of deciphering “just riding along” accidents; for the rider, RAP provides greater confidence knowing their wheels are covered by the best protection plan available.  

“Reynolds’ Ride2Decide program answers many of the tough challenges currently facing U.S. Independent bike shops,” states Reynolds Cycling’s CEO Dean Gestal. “The program, supported by strong marketing, will help drive business into the store and the rebate provides an added incentive for consumers to make their purchase at the same store.”

Ride2Decide is designed to benefit the dealer in many ways. Demo wheels are delivered with free tires and are covered by Reynolds’ RAP crash replacement warranty. Reynolds is also offering strong marketing support with national advertising and in-store point-of-sale wheel displays at no additional cost to the participating dealer. Consumers who test ride Reynolds wheels at a Ride2Decide shop will have 60 days to purchase any pair of Reynolds wheels from the shop to be eligible for the rebate.
