2012 Mackinac Island Festival of the Horse seeking sponsors, vendors and publicity partners

March 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Fourth annual fundraising event for the Mackinac Horsemen’s Association (www.mackinachorses.org) a 501(c)(3) organization, highlighting Mackinac’s unique equestrian culture.

Mackinac Island draws thousands of visitors daily and our family friendly event offers a unique avenue of exposure. Our outdoor performance arena and the large white tents set in a lakeside park between two, well traveled major roads ensures many drop-in visitors, in addition to our regular attendees.

A Wednesday evening parade through town starts off the Festival with daily events from 9 to 5 pm and the Festival ends with a Sunday morning driving competition.

This year we welcome the Tempel Farms Lippizans from Old Mill Creek, IL, as our featured entertainment (major sponsor opportunity, still available!). They will perform daily, do clinics and bring the elegance of dressage to the Festival. http://www.tempelfarms.com/index.html

For sponsors, we offer a wide variety of opportunities to get your name in front of attendees, as well as many Island visitors. Sponsor a parade, a clinic, the featured entertainment or a carriage in the parade. Event banners, sponsor boards, printed materials, web links and press exposure are all possible advantages of your sponsorship.

Vendors will have space under the big tent, accessible to all visitors (no ticket required), getting you the biggest bang for your buck. Non-stop events throughout each day, pony rides, games and food ensure constant traffic in the park. Vendor space is available and pricing is very reasonable.
