Sure bicepes are those chicks favorite to look at and sort of hold on to out there anywhere where it is to show who they are hanging out with. Tight muscles on a short sleve shirt. Isn't that great, especially when the spot light his direct on them on a dancing floor some place in a club, surrounded with the shoulders to shoulders crowd getting the attentions is what is all about.

I remeber and i do it all the time when i take my shirt off and ride my bike, some girls want toget hold of that arm. Nowaday is different, it is my tricepes.

Some want them big in size, others like to see some more definitions, and oh all these women want to get rid of that loose tricepes.

This is not about getting rid of the fat around the arms. It is strictely about developing the tricepes. Exercise the tricepes with high and max your use of weight on them to the feeling of intence strength. Everytime you pick up your weight from whatever  you begin up to the exhausting in term of the tricepes muscle gave up on you.

The lift of the tricepes should not extend to the full opening of the arm, one need to leave or return to the origin position just about where the elbow arrive to the full extension at 180 degree, then we target 170 degree or even better at 160 degree where the arm is fully extended at no more than 180 degree.

Of course we are all going to do high reps of a couple sets with lower weights, especially for females who are seeking to tone more than size up the tries..

One of my favorite of all is the dips machine with weight, equiped with a cable or belt, but the cable is more effective. Those are the seated dips with the option of wide or normal grip designed for the body fram to match a meduim to the normal and the large body fram can use the wide grip.

Tricepes also need proper nuttritions and rest in order to respond to your goals and objectives. Of all and everything you can attain about how you are going to develop your tricepes, you also must be flexible both body and mindtoward your instincts of  what your body part is telling you, is this enough, more , too week, i'am tired.

Do the body talk to your body part everytime and you see magic in your progress or as the muscles begin to show the results you are asking. Photos, small clips videos help as well as looking at the mirror while you are working out , before and after.
