| Hundreds of Charities Join Pioneering Global Giving Campaign: "EVERYONE GIVES"Groundbreaking global giving event uses the power of personal networks to "connect for good" and benefit hundreds of charities worldwide

www.everyonegives.org "It's exciting because it's never been done before," says Doug Frye, President and CEO of Colliers International, one of the world's largest commercial real estate firms and founding sponsor. "This isn't another one-off charity donation," adds Frye. "This is about enabling individuals to engage their personal connections to give more to the charities they are passionate about, and watch as the power of one donation multiplies." "Colliers International has a long history of leveraging our global scale to make a positive difference in the world," says Patrick Duffy, President of the Colliers' Houston office. "We rebuilt a village in Indonesia after the Tsunami. The Everyone Gives campaign is another example of Colliers taking a concept like social media, combining it with the scale and scope of our organization and creating a positive outcome for charities locally and world-wide." Participants make a small donation - such as $5 - to a charity that's important to them. Then they ask five friends to join in giving, and request those friends to each tell five more. "I think of it as a giving tree," explains Frye. "One donation becomes five, five become 25, and 25 can become hundreds. And, you can track your giving tree and your friends' giving trees on the Everyone Gives website." The idea germinated and grew through collaboration with other like-minded organizations seeking to create sustainable good. Hundreds of charitable organizations have joined Everyone Gives, including national causes such as The Humane Society, United Way, Make-A-Wish, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
