Colliers represents Hospitality Solutions Inc. in sublease and new headquarters lease in Houston

HOUSTON - Sept. 16, 2025 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce that Hospitality Solutions Inc. has successfully completed two significant real estate transactions in the Houston market. The company subleased its current 26,847-square-foot space at Interwood Business Center, 14440 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, for the remainder of the original lease term. In a concurrent move, Hospitality Solutions Inc. has signed a new lease for 48,000 square feet at Jersey Village 2, 7420 Security Way, Jersey Village, Texas. Barrett Gibson and David McMahon of Colliers represented Hospitality Solutions Inc. in both transactions.
