Feb. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Technifor’s compact fiber laser systems now have three power ranges to maximize permanent direct part marking needs.
These air cooled lasers, designed with fewer mechanical and optical elements, offer exceptional pulse properties, high intensity beams and short cycle times.
The TF410 laser is the economical direct part marking solution for efficient marking on plastics, anodized aluminum and annealing (surface marking) stainless steel.
The marking solution for harder metals is the TF420. This fiber laser offers fast, high contrast marks with superb performance on aluminum, steel, titanium, and cast iron.
Technifor recently introduced the powerful TF430 with faster cycle times, yet still provides deep, high contrast marks. The TF430 — an excellent choice for cast iron — creates deeper marks in the same cycle time, or faster marking with more contrast, than the TF420.
All Technifor fiber laser marking heads are compact — about the size of a regulation football — with easy to use “5 clicks and you’re marking” Windows ®software.
These marking solutions easily integrate into any manufacturing assembly line, or within cellular manufacturing units using benchtop workstations (such as Technifor’s LaserTop), Class 1 or Class 4 mini workstations, or custom built enclosures.
