Over his tenure as an account executive and team leader, Richard has taken on increasing amounts of responsibility and helped strengthen the Distinctive Solutions Philadelphia team. Having been a member of the team since June 2009, Richard has been a key component of the company’s success and expansion efforts since that time.

Richard went to Temple University and studied Biochemistry. After graduation, he worked in research and development at Merck & Co., before eventually moving into a management role within the manufacturing division. While considering whether to enter pharmaceutical sales, Richard found that he needed entry-level sales experience. In order to learn these skills, Richard joined Distinctive Solutions Philadelphia as an account manager and has worked on numerous client campaigns since that time. Richard's success and promotion within the Company is a testament to his ability to learn new skills and integrate talents quickly.
