The Ministry of Intercession, INC (MOI) was founded by Bishop Ronald Wilkerson in 1986 as a community-based and faith-based organization to promote revitalization and reconnection for the citizens and communities of Pulaski County. MOI has worked with Stop the Violence and the Arkansas Department of Corrections as a volunteer to decrease gang involvement in the prison system and the city of Little Rock. MOI assisted Stop the Violence with campaigns throughout the City of Little Rock with tent and open air meetings. MOI is privileged to announce the involvement of Reggie Swinton. Reggie Swinton attended Little Rock Central High School, receiving All State Honors in football, basketball, baseball, and track. In the fall of 2001, Swinton joined the Dallas Cowboys, where he set single-season club records for kickoff returns, kickoff return yards, and combined kick return yards. After playing with the Cowboys, he signed with the Detroit Lions, where he finished the season averaging 22.8 yards on kickoff return, and had his best year as a receiver catching 18 passes for 410 yards.
