Feb. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Pride Learning Center,  which specializes in teaching students with learning differences, announces the opening of its fourth location in West Los Angeles, Ca.

Pride Learning Center offers during and after-school programs for students with dyslexia, auditory and visual processing disorder, ADHD and other learning differences.  It is designed for students who are struggling with reading, writing, comprehension and spelling.  The Pride Learning Center program is based on Orton-Gillingham research which uses the multisensory elements of seeing, hearing, listening, touching and moving.

"We have changed the lives of so many students," said Karina Richland, founder of Pride Learning Centers.  "So many children come to us as non readers and we are able to teach them how to read and give them the academic success they need to become life-long learners."

"Our Orange County centers are thriving," adds Ms. RIchland, "by opening this new location, we are serving a large population of children in Los Angeles that need our specialized services as well."

Pride Learning Centers currently has other locations in Mission Viejo, Newport Beach and Redondo Beach.  The new West Los Angeles center is located at 11628 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 210 Los Angeles, CA 90025.  For more information visit www.pridelearningcenter.com
