V. N. Khedkar, is proprietor & applicant for patent application w.r.t. ‘Systems & Methods for Enabling or Accessing or Viewing Components, Involving an Input Assembly & a Screen’, in India-application no. ‘3423/MUM/2011’ dated 5th Dec, 2011.
 
Feb. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Our Client Mr. Vaibhav Narayan Khedkar, is the proprietor and applicant for the patent application in respect of ‘Systems and Methods for Enabling or Accessing or Viewing Components, Involving an Input Assembly and a Screen’, in India under patent application no. ‘3423/MUM/2011’ filed on 5th December, 2011 which is the priority date for this application for this invention.  

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application discloses ‘Systems and Methods for Enabling or Accessing or Viewing Components, through a graphical user interface, involving an input assembly; a screen unit; and an electronic device. The input assembly comprises a sensory component; a data processing unit; and a selection component. The screen unit is connected to the electronic device and the input assembly shall throw an outgoing signal towards the screen unit in a manner to direct an outgoing signal on the screen unit using a selection component, which shall allow a user to access various components through a graphical user interface enabled by the electronic device. Further, the input assembly may comprise a remote sensory component having appropriate size to screen unit which may be used for direct human interaction with the system’

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
