Linda Gross of Advice Once Again Asked to Co-Manage Ovation

Jan. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Linda Gross and her Advice team have once again been selected to co-manage Ovation.  Lakewood Ranch’s annual celebration of the gulf coast’s cultural assets, Ovation, will be held on Main Street, Saturday, February 4 beginning at 10 a.m.  A free, family, fun event where spectators will be able hear and see the best of the Gulf Coast.  While taking a break from the performance schedule or waiting for a new group to take one of the two stages, visitors will be able to stroll through booths and receive interactive information from the not-for-profits and arts organizations in our community.

Now in its 5th consecutive year, this event is a way to experience the arts in a street festival environment. Ovation is a signature event sponsored by LWR Communities LLC, one that draws enthusiasts from around the Gulf Coast and affords them the opportunity to enjoy the cultural assets of the area in a downtown setting.

Linda has many accomplishments already in her short career. Because of the work clients have brought to the Advice team, the company was most recently ranked #31 in the Tampa Business Journal list of women owned businesses. The company has been the recipient of several Addys over the years including multi-level campaign gold awards.  Linda was named AdWomen of the year, was listed as one of the Gulf Coast Business Reviews Women of Influence, and ranked as an enterprising woman by Enterprising Women Magazine. Most recently, she received the American Advertising Federations Silver Medal Award for her volunteer work, participation and adhering to strict advertising codes.  

It’s not all about the awards for Linda though; she has also been a member of the American Advertising Federation for over 20 years, within four different clubs, and loves to give back to her community by participating in fund raisers such as the over 14 year intern program that she personally supervises and many charitable and non-for profits on behalf of clients as well as Advice.  She is especially proud of the opportunity that the clients provide in seeking assistance with selecting community involvement and in helping achieve the goals for community efforts.
