NetCom Learning, First Training Organization to Offer Brand New CompTIA IT Technician Training

Jan. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- According to CompTIA, NetCom Learning (http://www.netcomlearning.com) was the first IT Training organization in the country to obtain the necessary curriculum to offer CompTIA’s newest course, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician training. The training curriculum was made available for purchase in November of 2011.

NetCom Learning offered their first official delivery of the training on January 5th in their Midtown Manhattan location in New York City. The class was conducted by an Industry leading instructor with successful student rate. Right on par with their usual high standards—the Instructor who conducted this class received a rating of 8.8 out of 9 in the student evaluations.

The CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to implement, deploy, and support Health IT systems in various clinical settings. Successful candidates will understand regulatory requirements, healthcare terminology/acronyms, and possess a basic understanding of practice workflow while adhering to code-of-conduct policies and security best practices.

The addition of this course is part of NetCom Learning’s growth plan—which highlights the future openings of new locations in DC, Pennsylvania, Texas and California. Furthermore, this new course will allow NetCom to continue its proven record of execution as it looks to grow for the 15th consecutive year since its inception in 1998.
