Skinny Ms. Slow Cooker Cookbook a QVC Sellout
Available on "Kitchen Ideas With Jill" Program
Airing Sunday, January 15

No time to cook healthy? Not so, according to Skinny Ms. Slow Cooker.  The sellout cookbook features healthy, unprocessed recipes to conveniently prepare in a slow cooker. QVC today announced a second sale of the popular cookbook Skinny Ms. Slow Cooker on their program "Kitchen Ideas With Jill," Sunday, December 15 at 8 p.m. CST. QVC offers the cookbook at a discounted price of $16.73 + S&H.

The cookbook is filled with natural slow cooker recipes that fit right into ones healthy lifestyle. With 155 recipes that include Chai Tea Cocoa Latte, Ranch Turkey Sliders, Stuffed French Toast, Cod for Fish Tacos, and Lemon Poppy Seed Bread Pudding, there's something for every taste bud and every meal.  This comprehensive cookbook Skinny Ms. Slow Cooker recently sold-out 17,000 copies on QVC.

To watch the program "Kitchen Ideas With Jill," online, tune in on Sunday, December 15 at 8 p.m. CST here: http://www.qvc.com/watchqvctv/.  Beginning February 9, 2012 the cookbook will be available on Amazon.com and other national outlets for $24.95.

By offering healthy recipes for the slow cooker and fitness tips and hints, Skinny Ms. Slow Cooker authors Tiffany McCauley and Gale Compton have gained thousands of loyal fans.  In less than two weeks of starting www.facebook.com/skinnymsslowcooker they secured 77,000 “likes,” while helping people use healthy food to restore or maintain health.  People are drawn to this healthy, easy lifestyle, which, as they explain, does not necessarily require a person to be overweight before beginning to change the way they eat.

The popularity of this “skinny” way of life is driven by Skinny Ms. devotion to flavor-filled, nutrient-packed recipes like Chicken Florentine, Sweet Potato and Kale Stew, Cranberry and Pumpkin Spice Granola, Pomegranate Poached Pears, Zucchini Tahini Spread, and Vegetable Lasagna, just to name a few.  The use of the word “skinny” explains the goal of helping people maintain the weight they view as healthy.

Interviews with the authors, digital hi-res photographs, sample recipes, and additional information are available upon request.  Subscribe to Skinny Ms.com for a monthly newsletter filled with motivational support, tips, tricks and strategies to start, maintain or improve a healthy lifestyle.  To subscribe, log on to http://www.SkinnyMs.com.
