David Rosemberg Named Broad and Cassel Partner

Jan. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Mark F. Raymond, managing partner of the Miami office of the Florida-based law firm Broad and Cassel, announced David B. Rosemberg has been named a Partner with the firm effective January 1, 2012. Rosemberg was previously senior counsel in the Miami office and serves as a member of the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property and Securities Litigation Practice Groups. Mark Barber of the firm’s Tampa office was also invited to the partnership at the 170-attorney Florida law firm.

Rosemberg's practice includes representing clients in a wide range of business matters, including contract disputes, deceptive business practices and related business torts, and brand protection.  He is fluent in Spanish and represents high-net worth individuals and corporate clients located throughout Latin and South America with interests in Florida and throughout the United States.  

Rosemberg also has experience and an interest in the arts. His client base includes art dealers, collectors, museum professionals, consultants and artists from around the world.
He serves as vice president for the Bakehouse Art Complex, a prominent local non-profit.

He has been honored as a ‘Rising Star’ in "Florida Super Lawyers" by Law & Politics magazine, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

He is a graduate of James Madison College Michigan State University and received his juris doctor from Emory University School of Law.  He serves as treasurer of the Board of Directors for the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce’s Inter-American Chapter.
