Jan. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- SHEFFIELD, Mass. —  Beverly Haberman, a leader in workplace communication and conflict resolution, is launching her new business, Communicate for Success, to help businesses and organizations  master the skills necessary for effective communication. She has spent the last 19 years working with thousands of people from over eighty countries teaching them how to become more successful in their lives and is introducing those same techniques to the workplace setting.

“The ability to communicate effectively can make or break a business,” says Ms. Haberman. “Communication creates discussion and discussion creates relationships which is what business is all about. Through the techniques taught at Communicate for Success, people get to experience change within themselves in order to build the strong relationships they’re wanting. In addition, these techniques help people become self-directed and more effective at accomplishing their goals.”

She further explains, “During these times of cut-backs, fewer employees, and less financial certainty, business owners can move their companies forward by building their greatest resource… people. When a company’s people are strong, their goals clear, and everyone is engaged for the good of the organization, then business thrives.”

Communicate for Success has two unique aspects that separate this company from others in the field. First is the concept of Stimulus-Belief-Response which enables people to change their self-limiting in order to create more empowered behaviors. “If we change the lens through which we view the world around us, we change how we operate in every area of our life.”

Second is the art of listening and dialogue. “Staying present to listen with a willingness to understand is key,” says Ms. Haberman. “If we can’t stay present long enough to do that, how can we become effective leaders and managers?”

Those interested in working with Beverly can do so through on-site staff trainings, seminars, or individual coaching sessions. Her experience includes working with groups from 10 to 100 people. These trainings and workshops are custom designed and are aimed towards helping you achieve your specific goals and interests.
