Network Marketings most important question is, are you ready for this, can YOU be successful and have fun on the journey? Actually, that could be the question of life, but that is a whole other topic, yes? Let’s stick to why you are reading this article. You want to know if you can be successful in network marketing, maybe so you can better provide for you or your family, maybe so you can give more to your church or help others in need, maybe it is just so you don’t have struggle paycheck to paycheck like so many do these days, maybe it is so you can work from home spending more time with family or having freedom over your schedule, maybe you just have the entrepreneurial spirit, but don’t have the means to launch a business for tens of thousands of dollars. There could be a zillion different reasons. Well, maybe not a zillion, but a lot and I’d venture to guess they are reasons very important to you. You may be looking ahead realizing that if you continue doing what you are doing, nothing will change for you. So, back to the most important question, can you (not anyone else, butYOU, the one reading this right now) be successful in network marketing?

Different Answers For Different People

Network marketings most important question may draw different answers for different people and depending on which business opportunity they choose to align with. So, let’s first tackle the people part of your answer. What is required from you, what traits do you need to have, what dreams, etc. To answer this, keep in mind that there may be some variations of these that can contribute to or detract from your success depending on the particular business opportunity, network marketing or not. I believe on top of the list is your ability to dream and know what yours is and to be able to visualize yourself there. If we focus on the negative and sufferings all the time, we will relive things over and over. We have got to train ourselves to focus on the good things. To Dream Or Not To Dream

• So, number one, know your dream, why you want to be successful in network marketing, know every detail. Work on visualizing that each day.
• Know what you like to do. Going to a “job” every day that you dread is okay for a while if that is what you have to do to provide for yourself and family, but if you dread it, do you want to do that forever? That is a lot of hours out of your life. So, secondly, know what would make your work enjoyable seens we all have to do something to make a living.

I believe knowing your dream and what you enjoy, basically knowing what you want and what you don’t want, are the 2 main prerequisites to your success in network marketing. The rest can be developed with perseverance if your business has a supportive model, more on that later. Other important traits that are helpful to people being successful in network marketing are the 3 C’s

Confidence, Commitment, Compassion

• Confidence. In one’s self and their business opportunity.
• Commitment. You need to be able to commit to building a successful business and not let the negative people influence you. Like I mentioned before, there is plenty of negative out in the world, but it doesn’t mean you have let it all in your life. Network marketing is not some get rich quick scheme. A legitimate business takes time and effort to build just like any business.
• Compassion. True, one can probably still have some degree of success in network marketing without this, but do you do business out in your community with business owners who could care less about ethics or you? People want to be cared about and network marketing success is greater with compassionate people who seek to make goals come true for others. Their goals will work out on their own when simply putting others needs first.

• Integrity. Are they a company led by people of substance, who have strong work ethics and a genuine compassion for others? If they are just some fly by night company who got started with the whole purpose of making money for themselves, this may not be a business you can believe in. Hey, we all want to make good incomes. There is nothing wrong with that, but there are a lot of businesses, network and non-network, that simply want your money and will promote anything just to get it.
• Product. There are many products out there that can be life changing or just enjoyable. When looking at a business that you can be successful at, make sure it is a product that you believe in. If you don’t believe in it, then how can you promote it with integrity? Is the product one that a lot of people need or would want? This is important to creating a retail profit, but also being able to build a successful organization of team members who also believe in the product so much as they want to share it with others also. It is kind of like anything, if watched a great movie, you want to tell others about it, right? Maybe even go see it with them?
• Support (training). This is key to answering your most important question about network marketing. With a good company and a good product, but not adequate support or training, it can be very difficult for people to succeed in network marketing. There are the go getters that just make things happen no matter what, but what about the average person, maybe someone who has never done anything like this before. There needs to be adequate, easy to follow training with compassionate support to go along with it. You need not just someone who will help you sign up to work with a network marketing company then avoid you, but someone who will encourage and lead you to your success, step by step and when the negative people who have no clue start to bombard you, someone is there to encourage you, someone who wants to see you reach your dreams also. Wow, big order, eh? I guess you got to kind of go on intuition here sometimes when looking at a network marketing business for the first time.
