Follow on Google News | New Intuitive Time Management Software From TimeBubbles Tackles Today’s Work StressNew time management application aimed at workers with many, fast changing demands. Visual bubble scheduling and the option to automate the planning process.
By: TimeBubbles Mike Scobie, the founder of TimeBubbles sums up the company’s mission: “the essence of TimeBubbles is speed, flexibility and communication. We’ve taken a unique approach to solving the time management puzzle. There are loads of apps out there but there is a gap for people who have a large volume of demands that change quickly.” Visualisation and the choice to automate scheduling are the unique attributes of this new product. There are other time management applications that automate some of the process but TimeBubbles goes further when you ask it to. Using some simple inputs, the system plans all known tasks over the next month. Matching the time the user has available with the best tasks to work on at that time. The result is not a to-do list. It’s a to-do bubble chart. This unique presentation makes it easy for the user to quickly see the important tasks and what’s urgent or late. It also adds a little more incentive to complete tasks as the user pops the bubbles when the tasks are complete. The software does all this on an Excel® spreadsheet. This means there is nothing for the user to install and allows easy linking to folders, files and web pages. The software is currently in Beta release and available from the organisation’ TimeBubbles was formed in October 2011. The company is based in the Highlands of Scotland. TimeBubbles was founded by Mike Scobie, an Associate Chartered Management Accountant with a passion for improving people’s work/life balance.
