Ryden spins the wheel to secure another deal

Nov. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Transgression Group, the Scottish extreme sports company, has opened a new indoor urban skate park at 10B Kings Haugh Road, Peffermill Industrial Estate, Edinburgh.  The company has relocated from Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre, where it had been based for four years, due to a need for larger premises.

Transgression has taken the former ‘Jelly Club’ unit with 90 car parking spaces on a 15-year £65k per annum lease, which takes into consideration fit-out incentives.  Property consultant Ryden acted on behalf of the landlord in securing the deal.

The new skate park, known as Transgression Park, is designed to be the only skater park to have interchangeable boxes and rails and, as well as a brilliantly designed main park, it has been created to flow and work for all disciplines including BMX, Skateboarding, rollerblades and scooters. At 19,056 sq ft it is more than double the size of the extreme sports company’s previous unit.
