Mid-Range achieves SSAE 16 (formerly SAS70) and the CICA 5970 designations

Nov. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Markham, ON: Mid-Range is pleased to announce the successful completion of an independent auditor's review of its policies, controls, procedures and monitoring related to its managed services, hosting, data centre environments and disaster recovery offerings. As a result of the audit, Mid-Range has earned both the SSAE 16 (formerly SAS70) designation and the CICA 5970 designation.

For businesses in today’s environment, there is a significant amount of company, personal and financial information that is created, stored and communicated electronically. This means that every business process at any size company requires more efficient and secure operating internal controls than ever, because the costs associated with the loss or misuse of data is so much higher today.
