Get to Know SPG with Sheraton Sharm El Sheikh

Nov. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- “Get to Know SPG week” took place recently in Sheraton Sharm El Sheikh where our SPG Champion Sameh Fathy, Director of Guest Services,  refreshed associates awareness of “Starwood Preferred Guest” program benefits , how to enroll customers and how to redeem points.

The launch of the SPG awareness week started with a Guest Cocktail Party proudly representing the colors of SPG where our dedicated team were available to present customers with all the advantages the program is offering. throughout the week, our hotel guests checking in at the front desk greeted by enthusiastic receptionists wearing SPG T-shirts purposely printed for the occasion. All arriving customers were offered a delicious home-made SPG cupcake as a welcome treat, housekeeping department worked hard to bring the SPG theme alive throughout hotel premises: countless purple balloons filled up with helium are nicely covering up the ceiling of our lobby, decorated with a huge Starwood Preferred Guest banner hanging down from the top of the building.

It has been successful week, all associated were involved in the training, the last day of SPG week, the hotel celebrated the event by holding “SPG Get To-gather” where Mr.Firas Irsheidat, the General Manager, congratulated the team for the success of the activities and the great awareness, the associates gathered for a prosperity photo with the cutting of the SPG cake.
