The free license is for personal, non-business use.

The commercial license is for businesses and allows clients to use jQWidgets products in multiple web sites and unlimited number of projects within the same organization. This license is per developer seat and includes support and product updates for one year from the date of purchase. Pricing for the jQWidgets commercial license is $249.
