David M. Davis Participates on a Panel Examining Recently Passed Legislation

Nov. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Austin, TX-  David M. Davis, a shareholder at Davis and Wilkerson P.C. (www.dwlaw.com), recently participated in a panel session at the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (TADC) Annual Meeting, which examined recent legislation that was signed in to law by Texas Governor Rick Perry.

Davis was joined by other former presidents of the association, examining such legislation as the controversial "Loser Pays."

“This is a tremendous organization, one that annually has its finger on the pulse of issues that are important to those attorneys in private practice, who devote a significant time to handling the litigation of civil cases,” said Davis.
