Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation Expands Physician Network in Sonoma and Lake Counties
New Providers include Primary Care and OB/GYN

(Santa Rosa, Nov. 1, 2011) – Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, part of the Sutter Health network, announced today the addition of three doctors to its physician network in Sonoma and Lake counties. Francesca E. Manfredi, D.O., and Shobana Vankipuram, M.D., are primary care physicians. Stefanie Hatfield, M.D., specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. The addition of these physicians further increases the selection available to residents of Sonoma and Lake counties through the Foundation.

Francesca E. Manfredi, D.O., is board-certified in family medicine. She holds a medical degree as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif. Dr. Manfredi completed her residency in family practice at Sutter Medical Center in Santa Rosa. Her professional experience includes a staff position at Sonoma County Indian Health Project. Shobana Vankipuram, M.D., received her medical degree from Siddhartha Medical College in India. After moving to the United States, she completed her family medicine internship and residency at West Penn-Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville, Pa. While at West Penn-Forbes, she served as the treasurer for the Forbes Family Medicine Residency program. Before joining SPMF, Dr. Vankipuram worked as a junior resident in critical care at Care Hospital, and as an intern at Gandhi Hospital, both in Hyderabad, India. Stefanie Hatfield, M.D., specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and has offices at 5196 Hill Road East, Lakeport.
